DELIVERY:
Shipping costs : All Wreaths, Flower Bouquets £6.99, unless otherwise specified on the individual items details.
Items are despatched within 2/3 days of your order being received.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to reach you.
I use Royal Mail and DPD for deliveries.
Wreaths and Bouquets are despatched by DPD Courier.
Coasters, Fridge Magnets, Keyrings and Keyhooks are all despatched via Royal Mail. With free P&P.

Stock :
I hold stock for all my products I sell on line. But during busy times certain items may be out of stock from my wholesalers. If at any time I cannot fulfill an order I would contact you immediately to offer a replacement or offer you a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Glass vases are not included when you purchase a bouquet.

Every effort has been made to ensure the colours of my products are as accurate as possible but I cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor/phone screen..
RETURNS:
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately.
A refund can be given for the cost of the item but return postage must be paid for by yourself. The refund will be given once the item has been returned to me safely undamaged.
